We would like to inform you about a rescheduled maintenance activity for our AppSec Tokyo environment (Global Region)

The maintenance previously planned for March 25, 2026, has been rescheduled to allow us to ensure a smoother and more reliable execution.

As part of ongoing infrastructure improvements, we will be performing maintenance on the Data service. During this period, there may be approximately 3–4 hours of real-time data service downtime, followed by 2–3 hours of slower-than-usual response times as systems stabilize.

Maintenance Window:
April 10, 2026, starting at 00:30 AM (GMT) / 10:00 AM (Korean Standard Time – KST)

Impacted Service:

  • Real-time analytics services

Services Not Impacted:

  • Overall console usage (except real-time analytics)

  • Daily/monthly data services

  • Android/iOS security services

Our engineering team will closely monitor the systems throughout the maintenance window to ensure services return to normal operations as quickly as possible.
