[Resolved] Android 2.x Upload Error – Regional Recovery Status

An issue was identified over the past hour where uploads for Android version 2.x failed with
SCM-0000 or PopCount Zero errors.
The issue was caused by an internal server error, and recovery efforts along with
hardware upgrades are currently in progress.
Current recovery status by region is as follows:
Global server: Recovery completed (operating normally)
Jakarta server: Recovery completed (operating normally)
Mumbai server: Recovery completed (operating normally)
Android 2.x uploads via the Global server are now functioning normally.
The remaining regional servers will be fully restored as soon as possible.
