We would like to inform you that the maintenance activity for our AppSec Tokyo environment (Global Region) has now been completed.

Today’s maintenance began at 02:00 AM GMT (11:00 AM KST) and was completed at 09:50 AM GMT (6:50 PM KST). During the activity, we encountered an unexpected issue that extended the maintenance window beyond the originally communicated schedule.

The maintenance on the Data service has now been finalized, and affected services are returning to normal operation.

Impacted Service:

• Real-time analytics services

Services Not Impacted:

• Overall console usage (except real-time analytics)

• Daily/monthly data services

• Android/iOS security services

Our engineering team closely monitored the environment throughout the maintenance and worked to restore service stability as quickly as possible.
